How to Place an Order
Orders can only be placed online at monkeycycle.com.
The website is open 24/7. Telephone during normal opening hours below.

Security/Privacy
We take security and your privacy very seriously, no credit card details are kept and your personal details are only used to process your order and to occasionally inform you of relevant information - nothing else.
Method of Payment
We accept payment using all major credit cards and debit cards as well as Paypal.
Item out of stock
If an item is out of stock, please fill in the notification form and we will inform you as soon as it is available. Please let us know your telephone number if you would prefer a call.

Returns and Refunds.
ORDERS MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY as long as they have not been used outside, and are in the original packaging.
Our bikes are expensive things to manufacture and ship, so please be sure before you buy.

RETURNS MAY BE ACCEPTED OR DENIED AT THE DISCRETION OF Monkeycycle AND ARE REVIEWED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS.
ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL WILL BE REFUSED.
If a component is damaged* during shipping, or missing, we will replace within 7 working days.
We are happy to book a return collection with Fedex, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
Returns must be tendered to the shipping carrier within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that you used to make the purchase.
WARRANTY.
Your kit is covered for 3 years on all components, and 10 years on the frame set, tires and tubes have a 1 year warranty.

While we stand by the quality of our bikes, the responsibility to correctly assemble, inspect and maintain the bike ultimately lies with the customer. We recommend performing a bolt check before each ride and regular service/maintenance as frequently as needed.

Normal wear-and-maintenance items such as tires, tubes, pedals, brake pads, and cables are excluded from the warranty.

Any damage caused by improper assembly or maintenance, neglect, accident, or improper use of the bikes is excluded from the warranty.

* Minor scratches to components or frame set will not justify a full refund or replacement, a partial refund may be offered depending on severity.
